Mcdowell law firm is amazing , I’d recommend sending anyone to Josh if they’re in need of a fantastic attorney! As he was representing me , I always felt like I could approach him with any questions and not hesitate to ask because he was so understanding and made sure I was thoroughly informed/understood. Took us about 4-5 months but he got me a very fair plea deal that I was most definitely content with. Josh will make sure to try his best and get you an appropriate plea deal especially if he thinks you’re not given a good one , he makes the efforts and it doesn’t go unnoticed! His assistant, Genesis, is also very good at what she does! Very friendly and she makes sure to get things done right away on her end . The McDowell law firm is great. Very friendly to their clients and no judgement by them. They will fight for you until the end. I was facing 7 charges to include Domestic violence as of September 23rd the District Attorney wanted a conviction of domestic violence . I'm in the military and can't be charged with domestic violence. Josh McDowell fought this case from October 2016 until May 12th 2017. He got all charges dropped 1st day of trial except 3 second day he beat the domestic violence with all 6 jurors having a not guilty verdict. Josh is a straight shooter he will not BS you through your tough time. He has past experience as a DA so knows the prosecution side and a great defense attorney. Mcdowell Law Firm was the best choice I could’ve made for my DUI. It was my first ever time going through it and he helped me with every step and guided me along the way. I hired Steve after I was charged with a felony. I was accused of writing a bad check, however, the whole thing was a misunderstanding. Steve went to work right away, getting bank records, statements and other evidence. The whole time my case went on, I was informed of everything that was happening, even emailed all of the police reports and the documents he filed on my behalf. The charges ended up being dismissed, but I think the prosecutor would have gone forward had steve not put the work into this case. I am so grateful for all of the hard work. These guys are fantastic, don't go to another lawyer without calling them. I was charged with a dui and because of their work I received a careless driving charge with 12 hours of community service. Great firm to go whether you’re a civilian or in the military. Josh and his associates are very kind, understanding also are willing to work with your schedule or anything you have going on.
